Seasoned healthcare executive who has built, scaled and sold multiple companies.  He consults on AI and technologies, M&A, operations and value creation.

Prior to SeniorReach, Mr. Gold served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Lifematters, a large multi-state home care company, and he orchestrated the successful sale of the company to HCA (TheKey), backed by Summit Partners. During his tenure, he led a 1,400-employee organization, implementing comprehensive operational restructuring with advanced technologies that resulted in improved efficiencies. His innovative approach included launching new services and technologies, including telecare and robotics.  

Prior to this, Mr. Gold served as Chief Operating Officer at Homecare.com/ShiftMed.com, a $250M venture capital-backed multi-state homecare platform company, where he led operations, expanded operations to 11 states and spearheaded the Series A and B rounds of financing.  Throughout his career, he has shown a talent for organizational transformation and value creation and is currently focused on how AI can improve healthcare organizations. 

An experienced finance and operations leader, he has an extensive track record of managing M&A deals while helping his clients improve operations. 

He recently managed the sale of Lifematters, a large multi-state home care company, to HCA (TheKey).  He also led operational improvements at the agency and managed several strategic initiatives.

Prior engagements include conducting due diligence on the acquisition of and providing financial advice for a value-based care enablement company, advising several start-ups in the home care space on establishing operations and serving as an outsourced CFO for a digital health education company and a health literacy non-profit.  Previous positions include leading finance and operations at Inova’s Center for Personalized Health and managing corporate finance and investor relations at Zix Corporation, as well as working in sell-side M&A at a boutique investment bank and management consulting.

 Mr. Wilensky has an AB in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA in Finance and Multinational Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
